These terms and conditions refer to the competition launched and closing at 17:00hrs on Facebook on 13th December, 2010. http://www.facebook.com/gorgeousshop

Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize as stated on promotional page is open to residents in UK and Northern Ireland Only.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of gorgeousshop.co.uk or any subsidiary of gorgeousshop.co.uk.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. The winner/s will be selected at random.
6. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and gorgeousshop.co.uk reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
7.Winners will be notified by email and also published on Facebook.
8. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as gorgeousshop.co.uk may require.
9. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
10. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
11. This competition is being run by gorgeousshop.co.uk, The Stables, Cress Farm, Bourne End, Herts, HP1 22RX (“gorgeousshop.co.uk”).
12. Please read our Privacy Policy, which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
13. gorgeousshop.co.uk reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. gorgeousshop.co.uk may also create rules that will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
14. gorgeousshop.co.uk will endeavour to send prizes within one week of the competition end dates, but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
15. gorgeousshop.co.uk cannot be held responsible for prizes lost in the postal system.
16. Once prizewinners are drawn and notified no further correspondance will be entered into regarding the prize or method of delivery.
