I’ve just got back from a lovely sunny break in Spain and wanted to tell you all about how the new KMS California Solperfection products coped with extreme heat, sun, sea, sand and worst of all lots and lots of Chlorine – all things that will fry anyone’s hair and make it dry, straw-like and…well just nasty!
I’m happy to report that my hair is gorgeously glossy , hydrated and nourished with virtually no crispy-ness – and that’s not due to the product not working but rather my laziness.
The KMS California Solperfection range of products are infused with a fresh grapefruit and thyme scent that refreshes your mind as well as your hair. This subtle scent echo’s the summer and is perfect to get you into that summery feeling. KMS California Solperfection Shampoo (300ml) – The most important step to getting rid of all the gunk build-up in your hair, surprisingly a little goes a long way and you’ll have enough left after a 2 week holiday for another 2 weeks, even if you wash your hair every day.
KMS California Solperfection Survival Cream – Leave in Conditioner (125ml) – I was initially sceptical about a leave-in conditioner, bearing in mind within this range it is the only type of regular conditioner on offer, but I was pleasantly surprised by its intensively moisturising, smoothing and nourishing properties. My hair was left softer without being weighed down. Gorgeous Tip: After towel-drying you hair, allow it to air dry a further 10 minutes before application, this ensures that the conditioner is absorbed better and doesn’t get diluted by water left in the hair. Brush in for smooth, sleek results.
KMS California Solperfection All Day Defense (150ml) – This is perhaps my favourite product in the range, it’s a light mist fortified with grapefruit and thyme to detox, protect and detangle your hair. I packed it in my beach bag and spritzed it on whenever my head felt hot and dried out. The mist is minimally oiled
