While you're shopping, you can click "Add Products To cart" to place items in your shopping basket. You can always see what's in your Basket by clicking "Shopping Cart" in the upper right corner of most pages. The items you selected will be saved until you're ready to purchase them. If you're logged in to gorgeousshop.co.uk, you'll also see items that you placed in your basket (but didn't buy) from previous logged in shopping sessions.

Gorgeousshop aims to process your order as fast as possible and this means that we are unable to add/remove/change products once you have passed through checkout and confirmed your order (By clicking the "Place Order" button). We also recommend that you double check your address details before placing your order, once dispatched we cannot amend the delivery address.

Should you wish to cancel your order you can do so by contacting us on +44 (0)1442 866009 (within office hours) providing that your order has not already been processed.

*Please note that orders are processed very quickly during business hours and it may not always be possible to intercept your order before dispatch due to the volume of orders being processed in our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order after your goods have been dispatched, please return the un-opened items to us for a refund, minus any postage and packing costs incurred by us (please see Returns policy for more information).

Refund timeline: Whilst gorgeousshop aims to process your refund as soon as possible please note that you must allow up to 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given for the refund to process back to your method of payment. Gorgeousshop will not be held accountable for transactions where you have been charged an overdraft fee by your card issuer.
