Returns Information

We always hope that you are pleased with your purchase. However, If you need to return an item for exchange or any other reason, please read the instructions below carefully.

Return Guidelines

We accept returns on the basis that the goods have been unopened, unused and are in a resalable condition. All packaging including cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Some Manufacturers (e.g. GHD Stylers) have security seals, and if these seals are broken then the item cannot be resold and will not be accepted by our returns department.

Terms

In the event that goods are being returned because of fault Gorgeous Shop Limited will be responsible for postage costs in replacing goods these costs will be reimbursed to you on receipt of the returned goods. Gorgeousshop retains the right to request photographic proof of damage caused to items before offering a refund. On occasion Gorgeous Shop Limited may send you a returns bag for the damaged product (GHD) so that you may return the faulty item to the brand. In the event that non faulty goods are returned we will make a charge for postage and administration. Non-faulty items must be returned to Gorgeousshop within 14 days.

Email Send an E-mail, with the Subject 'GS Return request - 000000 ' (Where 000000 is the order number shown on the front of the delivery note). Detail the items you wish to return.

Telephone Call us on 01442 866009, please make sure you have the delivery note with you when you call. You will be issued with an RMA number. Complete the form below, detailing what you are returning, ensure you write the RMA number into the form. Pack your parcel with care; if you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return. Send the parcel to us. We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it. RMA No ------------- (Write in the number you have been given)

Please allow 7 days for your parcel to reach us; we will process it within a working day of it arriving. Please read our Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds policy prior to sending products back to us.

Re-Shipping of Orders

If your parcel has not been delivered it may be sitting at your local Royal Mail depot. If you fail to retrieve the parcel and it is returned to us there will be one of three courses of action. In the first instance we will attempt to contact you when your order is returned for your choice of the following options:

  1. We can issue a refund minus the initial postage costs.
  2. We can re-dispatch the parcel to you, however please note this will incur a further fee of £3.50 to cover admin and postage costs.
  3. If we do not receive a response after 7 days of attempting to contact you we will automatically process “Option 1”.
