How do I place an order?
Simply navigate from either the left hand menu bar on each page or from the special offers links on the right hand side of the home page. This will take you to a brand page, for example ghd, Redken, Dermalogica etc. Once in the brand page select a sub category that you like. For example: if you where looking for a shampoo for blonde hair you might try Redken - Blonde Glam- Shampoo. You may also type in the search box on the top right hand side of the tool bar on each page. You type in shampoo : Where all shampoos featured on the site will be listed - or you may type Redken Shampoo - this will display all the shampoos in the Redken range.
Where is my order?
Unless other wise requested we use standard or recorded Royal Mail for postage. This means that your products will be with you with in 2-3 days. If for any reason you products are delayed more than 7 days please contact us.

At this time, gorgeousshop.co.uk can send orders to street addresses in the United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. We do not deliver to a PO Box address.

To return an item by mail
Please contact us, via one of the methods listed below, and tell us you wish to make a return.
Send an E-mail, with the Subject 'GS Return request - 000000 ' (Where 000000 is the order number shown on the front of the delivery note). Detail the items you wish to return.

Call us on 01442 866009, please make sure you have the delivery note with you when you call. You will be issued with an RMA number. Complete the form below, detailing what you are returning, ensure you write the RMA number into the form. Pack your parcel with care; if you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return. Send the parcel to us. We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it. RMA No ------------- (Write in the number you have been given)
