Returns Information
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you need to return an item for exchange or anyother reason, please read the instructions below.
Return Guidelines
We accept returns on the basis that the goods have been unopened, unused and are in a resalable condition. All packaging including cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.
Some Manufacturers (e.g. GHD Stylers) have security seals, and if these seals are broken then the item cannot be resold and will not be accepted by our returns department.
To return an item by mail
Please contact us, via one of the methods listed below, and tell us you wish to make a return.
Email
Send an E-mail, with the Subject 'GS Return request - 000000 ' (Where 000000 is the order number shown on the front of the delivery note). Detail the items you wish to return.
Telephone
Call us on 01442 866009, please make sure you have the delivery note with you when you call. You will be issued with an RMA number. Pack your parcel with care; if you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return. Send the parcel to us. We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel when you send it. RMA No ------------- (Write in the number you have been given)
