Directions of Use:

- To apply: Use Blinc on clean dry lashes.
- Within 2 minutes apply one or more coats of mascara. Keep applying coats until you have reached your desired lash volume, length and separation.
- To remove: Using lots of warm water and gentle pressure from a cotton pad, face cloth or your fingertips slide the tiny tuves effortlessly off your lashes.
