Directions of Use:

- Using the spatula (provided) scoop an amount the size of a small walnut into your palm, warm with both hands.
- Then place your hands as flat as possible, without pressing too hard, over your entire face.
- Then quickly lift away to create a suction effect. (This will draw out and lift make-up and grime)
- There is no need for extra product, but repeat this movement five or six times.
- Thoroughly rinse skin with tepid water.
- Complete this routine twice daily.
